His work can be stressful and challenging, but he has more than enough experience to overcome any problem. Before becoming a consultant and advisor, he worked at highly-impactful companies like Enel Group. Whatever company he worked at, he always worked in infrastructure- and finance-related positions. Currently, aside from consulting, he sits on the boards of several Brazilian companies.

These days, his life is a little more laid back, as he figured out how to optimize his productivity without stressing himself out too much. First, he always starts the day off with a good breakfast and workout. Though it seems like Jens is business-oriented, he cares deeply about health issues facing many people today.

Once at work, he avoids small talk, social media, and lengthy meetings that don’t lead anywhere. Over the years, he’s learned that less is more, especially when dealing with easily complicated issues related to infrastructure. Every day, he manages his meetings, goes over contracts, and writes a report to the Board of Directors.

His focus and dedication to solving problems allow him to bring ideas to life. The best way to accomplish in any task is discussing resolutions with smart people.

This event gave employees of the opportunities to discuss any issues or ideas that they had concerning the company with L’Oreal’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. There were also members of management on a local and national level that were taking part in the program that included in-person discussions and online web chats concerning concern surrounding ethics in the company.

Nicolas Krafft was happy that the company had the opportunity to show their dedication to their values of transparency, courage, respect, and integrity through the event. It showcased some of the many different initiatives that the company has to promote ethics on a social and environmental level while following legal guidelines and regulation concerning human rights and the environment. This dedication to ethics is something that is held throughout all levels and departments of L’Oreal.

Freedom Checks: Better Than A Governement Program

There are going to be several hundred companies that will be issuing a combined total of over $34 billion in Freedom Checks to their shareholders this year alone. Will you sit on the sidelines while someone else rakes in the profits, or will you take the initiative to invest in one of the most lucrative investment strategies in the stock market? If you are wondering how you can start collecting these payments, start learning about Master Limited Partnerships. Congress passed legislation back in 1987 that gives MLPs a tax-free standing and the ability to issue Freedom Checks to loyal stakeholders of their company. MLPs have been publicly traded companies that most investors have overlooked.

When Freedom Checks became more widely known, a lot of people were confusing them with being either a brand-new government program or part of an existing program. Taxpayers have age restrictions on when they can start collecting benefits. A person can receive Freedom Checks, and there are no income limitations. Someone who is interested in beginning their investment journey can start taking advantage of Freedom Checks with as little as $10 and access to a trading account, where their payments will be deposited. It is important to note that receiving these payments requires someone to invest money. The more the person chooses to invest, the more they will receive in payments.

Matt Badiali has been aggressive in telling the public about MLPs as a great investment for a variety of reasons. First, he feels that the tax plan passed by the Republicans is going to mean higher profitability for many of these companies. Higher profits will enable MLPs to be more generous to their shareholders. He also feels that the fracking boom is going to keep this area profitable for many years. The United States use to import much more oil from the Middle East in the past. With many US oil companies utilizing fracking technology, the US is closer to achieving energy independence. As long as this trend continues, investing in MLPs may be very profitable, and these companies will be issuing substantially higher payments as the earnings explode.

OSI Group Grows The Capabilities In Spain

OSI Group already had a considerable presence in Spain before they recently expanded their business in the area even further. Their Toledo, Spain plant was recently renovated with more production area along with other features such as storage and a test kitchen was added on. These additions were added to cover the increase in demand for chicken products in Spain and surrounding countries. Before this considerable expansion, the plant had the capabilities to process around 12,000 tons of chicken each and every year and as of now, that capability has doubled. OSI Group buys former Tyson Foods plant in Chicago.

While chicken is the area that OSI Group is currently seeing the most growth in, their plant in Toledo, Spain does not only process chicken products and in fact, offers a large variety of different proteins to meet the demands of their consumer base. Some of their other popular items include pork, beef, and turkey. While the company and their customers are excited about their increase in production capacity, government officials and residents of the area around the plant are excited about the almost 2 dozen new jobs the expansion has brought.

One of these new positions that OSI Group was able to offer includes a product development manager for the plant who will represent many people within the company as they work to develop new products for their customers. With just this plant now being able to produce 45,000 tons of meat, they will need excellent leadership to take the company in the right direction. Along with trying to come up with new products for their line, they will also be trying to figure out how to improve their items that already exist. The preferences of products are always changing and they have to be ready to accommodate any new demands that their clients may have for the company.

Jose Maria, the Managing Director of the OSI Group operations in Spain, stated that the demand for chicken has been steadily rising over the past decade. This growth is expected to keep occurring for the foreseeable future. With demands growing, OSI Group has positioned themselves to be able to stay at the forefront of food production.

Serge Belamant Receives Approval of Patents that Transformed the Gaming and Financial Sectors

Technology inventor Serge Belamant revolutionized financial institutions and governments when he developed the Verification of a Transactor’s Identity System. His first invention, the Method and Apparatus for Controlling a Gaming Operation System is a smart card that features secure processing and memory apparatus. Each system uses a smart card, a technology Serge Belamant patented in 1989 in the US, Europe, South Africa, and other global countries. The technology emerged in the development of blockchain applications that uses micro processors in smart cards for identity verification and to control game operations for wagering. Serge Belamant claims on the Verification of a Transactor’s Identity System incorporate secured apparatus, memory storage, and processors in a smart card.

The memory of the card stores the application for controlling the operations of a game and associating gain and loss data of its players. The patent claims the technology can provide functioning gaming with a second processor, display, and input. Another claim is that the system transmits output signals that represent a game result. In a news report issued by BlockPitch, in December of this year, the approval date of the patent was in 2001. The Verification of Transactor’s Identity System is popular around the business world for verifying the identity of a transactor before conducting financial transactions. This system facilitates a transaction between transactors and a government agency or financial institution.

An independent verifier is the operator of the facility for verifying and identifying a transactor. Serge Belamant didn’t receive approval for the system’s patent until 2014, seven years after filing for it. In South Africa and other African countries, Serge Belamant is known as a blockchain inventor of smart cards. He made the identification and financial processing innovative for ensuring security and the handling of financial transactions. The blockchain technology he created is a ledger or list linked with cryptograph which includes data of the transaction and its time stamp. The best feature of the Transactor’s Identity System is its online and offline capabilities. Five years ago, he filed for a patent for his invention of the Financial Transactions With a Varying Pin System and he’s waiting on its approval.

Victoria Doramus: Fire, Darkness, Then Dawn

If asked who marketing expert Victoria Doramus is, what might you think? If unsure, you might be inclined to conduct a web search. You’d eventually discover that she is a woman of many passions and career paths, depending on the point in her life. Having started out as a journalism & mass communication major at University of Colorado-Boulder, Victoria Doramus got to experience an immersive semester in 2012, studying art and art history (loves of hers) across various cultures and millennia. Being incredibly passionate about both art and mass communication, that period ended up being her catalyst into the digital media aspect of her career.

Having worked with and developed pieces for companies such as Stila Cosmetics, Trendera, Mindshare, and Creative Arts Agency while entertaining and maintaining a broad clientele, Victoria Doramus seemed to have it all going for her. She quickly advanced in her career, leading a revolution of media, communication, advertising, and branding collaboration. However, as most things go, there was a turbid and untold life unfolding below the surface. Adderall, cocaine, and alcohol addiction were beginning to consume her as she advanced further professionally.

Eventually, Doramus was admitted to rehab in 2011 for 45 days, at the age of 26. Upon her return, she had knowledge and tools to beat her addiction. She thought it was one and done, but little did she know addiction’s a lifelong battle. She tried moving states, changing friends, and everything in between, her addiction possessed her nonetheless. Eventually, 2016 brought another (longer, also unsuccessful) rehab stint and many burned bridges with those closest to her.

Victoria Doramus’ 2017 rehab stint, a 12-step boot-camp-style program that lasted a year, is what did it for her. She focused on spirituality, eliminating her victim mentality, and acknowleded her bad choices. After, she went to a halfway house.

Currently, Victoria Doramus is a light in her community, and gives back and uses her energy to help others(and animals), while working with several nonprofits in NYC. These include the Amy Winehouse Foundation, Women’s Prison Association, Best Friends Animal Society, and Room to Read.
